There are two options when considering a mold inspection.

Limited Mold Inspection $120.00
A Complete Mold Inspection consists of a visual inspection of the entire home inside and out, searching for moisture intrusion, water damage, musty odors, apparent mold growth, or to find conditions conducive to mold growth. In addition, 3 air samples are recommended to be taken to determine if the indoor air contains similar levels of mold spores as the outdoor air. If any apparent mold is observed, surface samples of the suspected mold will be obtained and sent to a lab along with the air samples (if air was sampled) for analysis and reporting.
A Limited Mold Inspection is limited to an area determined by the client as an area of concern (attic, crawlspace or individual room(s). The Limited Mold inspection includes a visual inspection of the area of concern searching for moisture intrusion, water damage, musty odors, apparent mold growth or conditions conducive to mold growth. If apparent mold is discovered, surface samples will be taken and sent to a lab for analysis and reporting.
