HUD Foundation Certifications

I am the area representative of Harrison Engineering and Foundation Certifications.  This means that you have a local inspector here in Ridgecrest to provide inspections for:

• HUD/FHA compliant permanent foundations
• VA permanent foundations
• Conventional loan permanent foundations
• Modular homes 

Prices for Foundation Certification: $425.00

Mileage $0.60 per mile after the first 60 free miles (round trip)

Expedited Certification is an additional $200.00

Harrison Engineering and Foundation Certifications typically have a 3 to 5 day turnaround with rush service available for the additional fee shown above.   More Info

Certificate delivery for foundation certification is beyond my control, so I can’t offer the same money back gurantee that I offer on Home Inspections.  I will however, promise you that my part, the actual inspection and reporting to the engineer, will be done either the same day you request the inspection or the next day so you can have your certificate as soon as possible.
